Executive Chef - Mexican Concept

We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to manage the kitchen of one of Chapel Hill's most respected restaurants. A Carolina-based restaurant group prides itself in the quality of food, service, staff, and guests.


As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and implementing cost control procedures.
  • Update kitchen manuals of recipes and menu item photos whenever changes are made.
  • Teach, train, and mentor all chefs
  • Responsible for food and labor costs, managing waste, ordering and inventory


As the Executive Chef you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a scratch Aisan culinary chef
  • Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all food distribution contacts
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.


As the Executive Chef you should expect:

  • $65-75K salary
