We are seeking a General Manager - Fast Causal Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. We are located in Smyrna and have a loyal following. This is a hands-on position that requires continuous guest and employee interaction.The ideal candidate must pride themselves on being a strong leader, with the ability to manage, train and mentor a team. Candidates must have critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems and grow the business. 

The General Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities at all times. All activities of the General Manager are expected to be consistent with and supportive of the restaurant’s business plan. The General Manager ensures all restaurant management and Team Members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
