Nestled in the vibrant Noho neighborhood of New York City, Our high-volume restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, bringing market-driven culinary excellence and impeccable service. We serve seasonal and responsibly sourced dishes with diverse cultural influences. Catering to the local neighborhood and clientele of all walks of life seeking unforgettable dining experiences.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and elevate guest experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, cost management, employee development, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering growth opportunities for our dedicated team members.
• Anticipate and address the evolving needs of our high-profile guests with professionalism and finesse.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role within the upscale or casual fine dining restaurant industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing high-volume establishments and delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of fine wines and spirits, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while upholding the highest standards of excellence.
• Experience in managing P&L and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business demands.

Compensation Package Includes:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000.
