We are looking for an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team for their Savannah location.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards in food quality and safety.
  • Train, develop, and manage kitchen staff.
  • Maintain inventory and control food costs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for BBQ and Southern cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
