We seek an Experienced General Manager to lead a popular seafood restaurant in Isle of Palms, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Running and operating a business as your own
• Training and developing all staff
• Directing a management team
• Managing weekly, quarterly, and yearly P&L statements
• Performing other job-related duties as requested

As a General Manager, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years as a High-Volume Restaurant General Manager experience
• Multi-unit Management preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Microsoft, and excel
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

As a General Manager, you should expect:
