The Executive Chef we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of managerial experience
• Staff training, accountability, and team development
• Expertise in proper cooking techniques
• Consistent delivery of quality dishes
• Seasonal menu development
• Menu costing
• Product sourcing
• Vendor relations and purchasing
• Restaurant financial performance optimization
