A well-established restaurant group is currently searching for a skilled Sous Chef to become part of their team. The creators of Atlanta’s most beloved and respected restaurants provide a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for liaising between the front of the house and cooks, ordering products, providing training, and developing staff. This company offers a high potential for development and growth.


Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily culinary operations

• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders

• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients

• Assist in developing new menu items

• Standardize recipes and plate presentations

• Work with management to provide guests with a memorable experience


Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields

• Passionate about food and cooking techniques

• Strong leadership skills

• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment
