General Manager Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the recruitment and training of front-of-house staff 

• Ensuring that all staff members adhere to company food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the safety of both guests and staff

• Overseeing company policies and systems to ensure that they are properly maintained

• Providing excellent customer service to guests and managers while on the floor

• Ensuring that all new employees receive adequate training and resources to succeed in their roles

• Enforcing all labor laws and practices

• Participating in forecasting and budgeting

• Attending senior management meetings as needed

Requirements for the General Manager position:

• 3-5+ years of experience in managing high-volume restaurants

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

• Demonstrating a high level of integrity and honesty

• Being detail-oriented, hospitable, and confident in your abilities

• Possessing excellent communication skills
