We seek a talented Senior Chef to manage the kitchen of one of our fast-casual Italian restaurants. An Ohio-based restaurant group prides itself in the quality of food, service, staff and guests.

As the Senior Chef you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and implementing cost control procedures.
• Update kitchen manuals of recipes and menu item photos whenever changes are made.
• Teach, train, and mentor all chefs
• Responsible for food and labor costs, managing waste, ordering and inventory

As the Senior Chef you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years as a scratch Mexican culinary chef
• Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all food distribution contacts
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

As the Senior Chef you should expect:
