We are looking for an Experienced General Manager to lead a popular food truck concept based in Apex, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Running and operating a business as your own
• Training and developing all staff
• Directing the fleet of trucks in an organized fashion
• Managing weekly, quarterly, and yearly P&L statements
• Performing other job-related duties as requested

As a General Manager, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years as a General Manager or Leader of a team
• Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

As a General Manager, you should expect:

• Salary $70k+/year
• Bonus plan
