Director of CRM

The successful candidate will be a driven, enthusiastic individual who has the skills and experience to take the company's customer engagement strategies to the next level. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer relations management strategies, as well as the management of customer data and the creation of new data-driven marketing campaigns.

You should have a wealth of experience in CRM, customer service and data analysis. You must have an understanding of customer segmentation, predictive modelling and data-driven customer engagement strategies. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
