Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lateral Attorney/Partner with a proven track record of success and the ability to bring over a substantial book of business to our firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of our core practice areas in the Corporate & Financials field. Should possess strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing with relevant bar associations.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing law, with a demonstrated track record of success in one or more of the firm's core practice areas.
- Proven ability to generate and sustain a substantial book of business, with a minimum target of $1.2 million in annual billings.
- Excellent legal and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative and effective solutions to complex legal issues.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate others toward achieving common goals.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of legal practice.
