Our clients include domestic and international entities, financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, buyout funds, commodity pools, and numerous businesses operating in various industries around the world.


Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lateral Attorney/Partner with a proven track record of success and the ability to bring over a substantial book of business to our firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more of our core practice areas in the Corporate & Financials field. Should possess strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing with relevant bar associations.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing law, with a demonstrated track record of success in one or more of the firm's core practice areas.
  • Proven ability to generate and sustain a substantial book of business, with a minimum target of $1.2 million in annual billings.
  • Excellent legal and analytical skills, with the ability to provide innovative and effective solutions to complex legal issues.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate others toward achieving common goals.
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of legal practice.
