Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Industrial Project Manager to join our team in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a preference for experience in fabrication. As an Industrial Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various industrial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career with more than 5 years of relevant experience to contribute to our diverse projects and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage industrial projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively.
Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fabrication industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to travel occasionally as required.
