Locations: Los Angeles preferred, remote available 

Salary range: $100K - $120K


Commission/bonus target: $100k-200k+

Revenue goals: $25k+ in new MRR monthly

Average Sales cycle: 45 days

Client targets: CPG industry

Reports to: President / Owner


//WHO WE ARE//

We provide accounting and CFO services for CPG brands that sell at Retail, Amazon, Shopify, and Direct to Consumers. We serve as an outsourced finance team for our CPG clients and provide them with the team, the strategy, and the technology to enable better financial transparency as well as help them make better financial decisions. Our approach is highly comprehensive and leverages off-the-shelf technology such as Quickbooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, Expensify, Inventory Management Systems and other third-party tools. We are based in Los Angeles, California.


Role Overview: As our newest Sales Executive you will manage and execute across the entire sales process to secure new clients and expand our market presence. The Sales Executive will apply their industry and strategic expertise to navigate both short and long sales cycles, securing and supporting clients, and will tap into their network and business development skills to identify and capitalize on sales prospects.


Responsibilities:

• Successfully present, promote, and sell service offerings to emerging CPG brands.

• Build deep knowledge of client business goals and industry to best position our proprietary solutions

• Engage prospects to understand high-level needs, verify fit for proprietary solutions, and qualify leads based on a set framework.

• Lead the negotiation, closure, and documentation of client contracts.

• Collaborate with prospective clients to select the best service offering to meet their needs out of our proprietary full portfolio

• Maintain accurate and on-time sales forecast reporting, provide monthly forecasts on pipeline activities, maintain Hubspot updates, and track quarterly and annual sales goals.

• Manage activity and pipeline in Hubspot to achieve and exceed sales goals.


Requirements:

• Experience prospecting, targeting and selling to CPG brands

• 5+ years of successful track record of selling professional services, consulting, staff

augmentation, and managed services to SMBs. A huge plus if you have experience in

accounting/finance services.

• Has previous experience with a direct sales responsibility of $3-$6M+.

• Consultative sales experience to understand client needs and strategy.

• Must have the experience and the business acumen necessary to interact directly with the C-level executives, Founders, VC, and PE firms.

• A deep network to gain access to new clients through self-directed referrals and customer

penetration activities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking with and influencing key decision-makers.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, getting immediate results while building repeatable processes.

• Experience in all facets of sales: outbound lead generation, follow-up, pipeline management, training, and closing skills required.

• Hubspot experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
