Employment Law Attorney

Salary: $150K - $220K base + uncapped bonuses

Location: California (remote)

Job Description:

Renowned firm in California is growing it's Employment Law department with a focus on school districts.

Currently seeking Employment Law attorneys with experience defending school districts.

Skills & Experience

• Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
• Trial experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with public entity defense a plus
• Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
• Member, State Bar of California in good standing
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Commitment to proactive case management
