MUST have experience with paid search, running lead generation campaigns for open enrollment period for health insurance companies 


This performance marketing powerhouse, dedicated to delivering exceptional results through innovative marketing solutions. They are on a mission to revolutionize the way insurance brands connect with their audiences and are looking for a data-driven digital marketer capable of optimizing and driving growth for new and existing insurance clients across all paid media channels. The Director of Paid Search, will be responsible for the optimization and growth of new and existing clients in the fast-paced world of performance marketing. 


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic media campaigns to generate quality leads for our insurance clients
  • Contribute to developing successful customer lead generation (to generate calls) digital assets
  • Understand CMS / Medicare or other regulatory environments, ensuring that our digital customer lead generation environments are Always 10% compliant.
  • Ability to predict response / call volume with a high degree of accuracy, know how to dial up, dial down volume at critical times
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics including call conversion quality, and provide regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations for future campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations as well as best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our approach
  • Ensure effective budget utilization by closely monitoring, forecasting, and optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI - including predicting CPUC
  • Understand keyword pricing variability and design bidding strategies that will need to be dynamic within seasonal trends or marketplace conditions that maintain our minimum call volume thresholds and protect our % profit margins at the same time.


 Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search media and lead generation
  • MUST have experience with paid search, running lead generation campaigns for open enrollment period for health insurance companies
  • Proven expertise in the insurance vertical with a deep understanding of industry best practices and consumer behaviors
  • Individual contributor role with the opportunity to build a team
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extrapolate data trends to drive informed decision-making
