Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

Location: South Burlington, VT or Randolph, VT

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with approximately 10+ years of experience to join our busy and growing Structural Engineering Group. This role involves working on a variety of projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, recreational, and government sectors throughout New England.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful project development, planning, and execution.
• Lead business development efforts and manage client relationships.
• Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with clients, management, and coworkers.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Coordinate with in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering staff to ensure integrated project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and comfortable with using engineering design software.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) License in Vermont (VT) or New Hampshire (NH), or the ability to obtain one within 6-12 months is preferred.
