Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
Location: Remote (with monthly travel)

Responsibilities:
- Lead project management and development, ensuring top-notch planning and execution.
- Engage in business development and client management to drive growth and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects meet budgetary and timeline expectations.
- Communicate proactively and effectively with clients, management, and coworkers to deliver outstanding results.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering teams for integrated project delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with comfort using various engineering design software.
- Current PE License in VT or NH, or the ability to obtain one within 6-12 months, is preferred.
