We are now seeking a talented individual to oversee the planning, construction, and day-to-day field operations of New Build and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a leadership capacity, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in the commercial construction industry.
To excel in this role, you should possess demonstrable outstanding experience as a Project Manager supporting the successful completion of New Build and TI projects.
As our Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities. These include collaborating with our in-house team to develop project budgets and timelines, overseeing daily and weekly project progress and field team meetings. Additionally, you will ensure that the team promptly and accurately responds to all project requests in order to meet project budget, schedule, and contract agreements.
To thrive in this position, you must possess strong skills in planning, organizing, supervision, coordination, safety, training, decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership as they pertain to commercial construction. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are crucial, as well as proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, and Word. Additionally, you should have a comprehensive understanding of principles, practices, and codes applicable to commercial construction.
