The Position:

The Client Service & Marketing Associate role is crucial in supporting client administrative tasks and driving growth through branding and digital marketing. This position handles client documentation, with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, ensuring all paperwork is completed professionally and promptly, supporting marketing efforts, and overseeing office administrative tasks. 


Responsibilities:


  • Set up new client online account access and assist existing clients with online account access.
  • Follow-up with clients to confirm account updates, paperwork, invoicing, and check receipts.
  • Meet with clients when applicable for new client forms, signatures, and processing. 
  • Create and assist with promotional products, marketing initiatives, marketing content, video editing, video production, and photography.
  • Track and document all account transactions and changes in Redtail CRM accurately and promptly. 
  • Submit & follow up on advisory trade requests with the Merit Investment Team. 
  • Keeping advisor(s) book of business updated within the custodian systems, Redtail & Orion. 
  • Maintain & submit branch compliance files quarterly. 
  • Track & submit insurance licensing, renewal, and appointments. 
  • Assist with scheduling client appointments for advisors and handling personal requests.
  • Handle miscellaneous operational activities and projects (e.g., scanning documents).


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Outstanding teamwork, time management, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Previous experience in a client-focused or customer-centric profession.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in computer skills and proficiency in Canva, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using CRM (Redtail or Salesforce) Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance, preferred 
  • FINRA SEI or S7 preferred
  • Previous experience working on the LPL platform is preferred. 


Salary & Benefits:

  • $45,000 - 50,000 BOE.
