We provide design services for new builds, renovations, seismic upgrades, structural evaluations, and specialty equipment. We are experts in the design of tilt-up concrete structures and offer innovative cost-saving solutions. We deliver quality structural engineering with an emphasis on service, creativity, and flexibility. We are growing and are looking for a few accomplished professionals to join us.



The Position:

As a new member of our team, you will be working closely under the guidance of project engineers to assist in a wide variety of structural engineering projects – office, retail, industrial, and distribution. You are a recent graduate looking to build your experience towards becoming a professional structural engineer. You've had coursework in structural analysis, steel, and concrete design - maybe even an internship. Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with structural modeling, analysis, and design of a wide range of commercial buildings – steel and concrete structures
  • Working under the direction of the project engineer to design commercial structures, including cost estimates and evaluation of building codes
  • Monitoring schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project controls
  • Participating in client meetings, field reviews, and communicating with clients
  • Obtaining valuable hands-on experience to advance your career to take on independent projects


Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural focus and EIT certification
  • An internship in structural analysis, steel, and concrete design
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts and ideas to others
  • Naturally self-directed, and resourceful, with an agile mind that can switch priorities quickly
  • Technically competent with Office365, specifically Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment balancing self-initiative and resourcefulness
  • Passion for meeting deadlines and a dedication to building strong client relationships!
  • A desire to work on a wide variety of projects



Salary & Benefits:

  • Compensation Range: $65,000 to $90,000 BOE.
