Provide an opportunity for experienced lenders with expertise in Commercial, Agricultural, or Construction Lending to manage a large, more complex loan portfolio, with a high concentration of Agriculture or Commercial credits.

Accountable for the management of outstanding credit relationships with existing loan customers of the Bank; and to proactively seek out and establish new borrowing relationships. Work to identify and align new and existing loan customers with additional Enterprise products and services. Responsible to perform all related work responsibilities consistent with the Loan Policy, procedures, and compliance requirements of the Bank.
