Position Summary: • Responsible for Supply Network Planning, Replenishment and Management of the overall Supply Chain including material planning, inventory controlling (NWC implications), and working in conjunction with Logistics to ensuring OTIF and customer requirements satisfaction for designated category of products.


Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain, Business, Data Science/Analytics, or related field required OR equivalent combination of training, education and relevant experience in purchase or materials planning, or related fields may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Minimum of 4 years of experience required. • Strong computer and analytical skills - Excel, Access, PowerPoint • Ability to work effectively in multiple cross functional teams. • Ability to draw insights from data and develop collaborative solutions to supply chain challenges. • Managerial presence, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong potential to be promoted to higher levels of responsibility.


Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for supply network planning and short-term supply & demand balancing for assigned region and categories. • Responsible for product availability targets and balanced inventory levels for assigned categories. • Responsible for ensuring correct master data settings for product life cycle phases, including Sales FC Analytics, including SCE FCD steering, MRP Forecast, Safety Stock adjustments and PO Monitoring of the assigned categories. • Responsible for regional SC process performance for assigned supply area and entities, including reporting on the key KPI and other metrics. • Ensure targets are set for the above areas and are consistently met/exceeded. • Enhance and develop policies, procedures and processes, including SCE Optimization and Digitalization pertaining to Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Material Planning (SAP-APO) for assigned categories. • Oversee the maintenance of inventory control systems that track the status of purchase orders, inventory levels and packaging requirements. • Conversion of PReqs to POs and PO Monitoring throughout the entire Ensure Supply process for assigned categories. • Oversee and provide direction on Material Resource Planning in SAP/APO • Liase with Head Quarter functions in BFITS (Central IT department), Purchasing, Supply Chain/Logistics, Warehouse Logistics Center • Continuously improves operations (i.e. waste reduction & product quality) to maximize profit & minimize costs. • Work with internal and external IT resources to further develop systems used in daily operations. • Participate in International Projects on improvement of SAP systems, SCM processes and synergy/standardization. • Develop and implement risk management practices to mitigate supply chain management related risks. • Prepare and participate in departmental process audits for the purpose of Quality Management and continuous process improvement. • EDI Systems – Development and Maintenance, Liase with BFITS, BDE, and Third Parties • To effectively plan and manage all aspects of the Logistics Center’s Operations, material planning for the corresponding Warehouse• Supervise courier/carrier relationship and establish service level agreements to ensure services are delivered as required. • Ensure that a positive culture of authority, responsibility and accountability, along with trust, honesty and respect is developed. • Promote a safe work environment in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and all other applicable legislation.


Supervisory Responsibilities: • If applicable, based on the Category - Guide, coach, train and monitor indirect reports to ensure that they consistently achieve or exceed targets, follow and sustain company guidelines.


Direction Received: The person in this position receives general direction from the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Management. The position requires the individual to work with the Superior when determining and establishing departmental objectives, targets and measures. The individual works more independently when implementing processes, procedures and standards to accommodate identified budget objectives and priorities.
