This position will need to be able to work autonomously or on a team to design and develop sound solutions quickly while collaborating across the organization to deliver the right solutions for the business.


Our Business Systems Analysts (BSA) identifies, defines, and documents business processes and requirements to be delivered as technology enabled solutions.

They serve as a liaison between business and IT teams; facilitating communication and determining technology solutions that align with business needs and our technology standards. They work on our continuous improvement efforts and

will be a member of our business integration teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. 

  • Maintain, enhance, extend, and support RelaDyne ERP (Sage/DM2) and ancillary applications
  • Test and document testing for system updates and new custom programming.
  • Ad hoc report creation using Crystal, SQL, Excel, Sage MAS Intelligence, and other reporting systems.
  • Contributing member of acquisition integration project teams ensuring legacy processes and systems are migrated or replaced using RelaDyne processes, systems, and/or best practices
  • Provide Level 2 software support for RelaDyne’s ERP and other company software applications
  • Train users on software operation and functionality as well as create necessary documentation for training
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement, process automation and standardization
  • Obtain an understanding of business areas to be able to recommend solutions and build quality requirements
  • Create documentation such as business cases, requirements, situational assessments
  • Participate in business process mapping and definition efforts
  • Maintain relationships with technology partners and ensure they are delivering to expectations
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Experience with various project management methodologies and enabling technologies (e.g. SmartSheet)
  • Ability to prepare and deliver effective communication across differing audiences, using mechanisms appropriate to the audience, articulating complex concepts simply

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Travel as required in the performance of your duties 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • 3+ years of experience with Business Accounting systems IT professional or Consultant required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience) required. Accounting or Finance experience a plus.
  • Background in Distribution or Lubricants & Fuels distribution industry experience strongly preferred
  • Sage/DM2 ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Sage consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Other ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and related systems (e.g., Concur, Power BI, OneStream, etc.) experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear, concise, proactive communication skills
  • Highly developed listening skills, and customer service orientation required
  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization and external parties
  • Poise and maturity to interact with Reladyne management and other company executives
  • Experience facilitating change and process standardization
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to prioritize and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Manage to deadlines and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
