Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales representative to join our expanding global team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and building strong client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, growth and product solution-focused environment and contribute to the success of our organization.


  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Benchmark Gensuite's product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business development and product development teams, to ensure market and product knowledge and staying current
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the inside sales cycle, from discovery, product demonstration, proposal development, negotiation to contract closure.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to connect with decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
