Job Title: Residental Sales Representative


Location: Columbus, Ohio (Powell)


Position Summary: Recreations Outlet is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating sales, developing relationships with customers, and

providing excellent customer service. You will have a direct impact on our company's success by driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Implement effective sales strategies to reach or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and convert leads into sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our recreational products.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers and handle any objections tactfully.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sales issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about the local market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.


  • Territory Management:
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database, documenting all sales activities and follow-ups.
  • Regularly analyze sales data to identify sales trends and potential areas for growth.


Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team based on customer insights and trends.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the recreational or outdoor equipment industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Go-Getter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within city limits for yard evaluations
