Sr. Cost Accountant

Northern Fairfield County

A growing manufacturer is looking to hire and add to its 15-person finance team. This role will be working with the manufacturing plant and assisting with the following:

• Internal controls
• Financial reporting
• Costing for operating expenditures
• Capital spending
• Moth end close
• Product costing
• Physical inventory
• Cost analysis
• Inventory valuation
• Analysis of models, raw material, overheads & methods
• Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• BA/BS, MBA nice to have
• 3+ year of manufacturing cost experience
• MS Dynamics, Advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Team Player, ability to work collaborative
• Good attitude, self-motivated
