This positions primary responsibility will be to settle bank loan trades. Bank loan trading

will consist of mostly par trades with the occasional distressed or private credit trade.

Responsibilities include:

 Timely closing of bank loan trades for multiple SMA’s, private funds, and

CLO/CBO’s using ClearPar and paper docs.

 Settling trades in WSO and Geneva at the end of each day so that the firms

accounting records accurately reflect that day’s settlements in the market.

 Communicating settlements with the trading desk and portfolio managers as well

as prioritizing settlements as directed

 Strong knowledge required of LSTA/LMA documents and the KYC process with

agent banks

 Aggregating and reporting settlement data

 Keeping up-to-date on market trends and changes to settlement timelines and

procedures.

A plus if the candidate has experience with the following systems:

 Wall Street Office

 Advent Geneva

The ideal candidate is someone who has bank debt operations knowledge and has

multiple years of bank loan settlement experience. A bachelor’s degree is required and 4+

year’s experience in financial services is preferred.
