Develop and implement new departmental structure. This includes selection and management
of the internal finance and accounting team.
Develop and execute financial strategies that support the Company's overall business
objectives.
Manage the Company's budget and forecasted financial performance, including treasury and
cash management.
Manage financial risks and ensure the Company's financial stability.
Ensure the Company's compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
Own all financial reporting to the Company’s internal and external stakeholders
Selection and implementation of a new ERP system in coordination with a third-party
consultant.
Manage partnerships with external resources to effectively augment the internal finance and
accounting team.
