Role Description

The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer support and service to clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in Philadelphia, PA. The daily responsibilities include:


  • Answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining calendars for multiple Wealth Advisors.
  • Assisting clients.
  • Analyzing reports to determine appropriate action to be taken on behalf of client accounts.
  • Researching client issues.
  • Preparing and processing client documentation.
  • Opening new client accounts as well as creating households.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Assisting in reconciling performance reports.
  • Executing cashiering, money movement, and ACH requests.
  • Preparing client communication.
  • General office management.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Client Services or Customer Support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with financial records and account maintenance
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience


Experience working in a professional environment is a plus.
