Investor Relations Administrator

Fairfield County

Hybrid (3 Days in office)


A 20+ year-old, branded Hedge Fund is looking to add to their Investor Relations group. This administrative professional will be joining a premier financial services firm that has had significant growth over the past few years. The IR department is busy, interesting, and fast-paced. No one day is the same. The firm offers strong job security, excellent salary, bonuses, OT, benefits, and succession planning. The role will be involved with the following:

  • Heavy calendaring & travel arrangements
  • Participation in Investor calls & meetings
  • Preparation of meeting/call materials (presentations, pitch books...)
  • Event planning
  • Client Services
  • Ad-hoc projects

Ideally looking for:

  • 2-5 years min. experience in an administrative role
  • BS/BA is preferred
  • Financial services, banking, or client service industry preferred
  • Highly detailed, professional, and focused
  • Maturity, excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proactive with a good attitude, a team player (no job too big or small)
