esponsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

· Support project management team in understanding financial data and project financial health on a monthly and/or weekly basis

· Support bi-annual budget/forecast process for project(s) by preparing income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow information

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information for project(s) to Corporate Finance which includes reporting actual data and look-ahead forecasts

· Work with various functions at the project site, including operations, cost control, and administration to ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately

· Review the account entries for subcontractor costs and payments

· Monitor project cash flow and authorize vendor payments

· Ensure systems and processes at the project level are in line with

· Company procedures

· Supervise, coach and review work products of others to ensure highest quality

· Ad hoc reporting for management

· Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· Previous experience in accounting or financial reporting/analysis in construction or manufacturing companies is highly preferred

· Solid understanding of GAAP (IFRS would be a plus) and Financial Statements

· Large ERP experience is desired

· Must be extremely detail-oriented

· Organized individual with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, expertise in Excel
