A registered investment advisory company is looking to hire a Controller to support (Business Development Companies). This firm participates in the global market and hires strong professionals to establish a strong collaborative culture. The role will be involved with the following:

• Review and production of K's and Qs and earning presentations
• Assist in the build-out of newly public BDCs
• Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Work with external auditors
• Work cross-functionally with Tax, Valuation, Legal, IR and operating teams

Looking for:

• 8-15 years of experience
• BS/BA, CPA preferred
• Experience with BDC, SEC, internal controls, financial reporting
• Analytical, articulate, bright "can-do" attitude.
• Team -Centric, ability to work with and with all levels of management and staff.
