Job Summary:

Plans, directs, and coordinates all ready-mix operations to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.

Manage the design and testing of concrete products to meet customer quality requirements at best or at lowest cost. Establish good relationships with current customers, contact potential customers and create lasting customer relations to sell our product.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Four-year degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience

2. 3 years quality control and mix design management and sales experience.

3. Ability to provide and maintain proper certifications, licensure, and acceptable driving record.

4. Proficient Math and computer skills with knowledge of Command/Alkon dispatching, batching software; knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

5. Reasoning ability in dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations.

6. Vocabulary ability equivalent to reading various forms of literature, safety rules, instructions, and writing reports. Speak clearly and distinctly.

7. Work with central dispatch to deliver concrete on time and in spec.

8. Accurate record keeping skill is a must.
