Service Technician
Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled tradesman to join team. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and expertise in carpentry, painting, patching drywall, and punch list management. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role supports the self-perform crew.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Carpentry – Construct and repair structures and objects using wood, drywall, and other materials. Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.
Painting – Paint and finish surfaces to a high standard.
Patching Drywall – Fill in holes, cracks, and other imperfections to a high standard.
Punchlist – Manage punch lists and ensure all work is completed to the required standard.
Applicant Minimum Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from work sites (Jobsites all over the valley)
Must be willing to travel (Some out of state travel may be required on an as needed basis)
Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
