The Role: 2 Roles - one based in Arkansas and the other in Chicago


As the Sales Manager, you'll be a road warrior, traveling up to 60% of the time to share best practices in simulation, education, and training. Your goal? To improve patient outcomes and save lives. You'll work closely with partners and key customers, ensuring seamless teamwork for the ultimate benefit of those we serve. This is not just about sales; it's about making a difference through a consultative sales approach.


What You'll Do:

πŸš€ Drive sales and expand market share by sharing impactful training solutions with healthcare organizations.

  • Foster strong relationships with partners and customers, promoting teamwork and collaboration for maximum impact.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to meet financial goals within your territory.
  • Achieve annual revenue quotas while keeping operating expenses in check.
  • Work closely with internal and external resources to maximize results and customer satisfaction.

Role Expectations:

  • Efficiently increase sales and market share through strategic operations.
  • Create and nurture new opportunities, guiding them from inception to close.
  • Utilize CRM programs to capture engagements and sales opportunities promptly.
  • Plan and execute strategic meetings at local and national shows to cultivate opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze revenue results, performance metrics, and opportunity funnels to create action plans for achieving goals.
  • Engage in daily communication with your Inside Sales counterpart for strategic alignment and efficiency.
