Program Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – Tampa, FL


Position Overview:

Engenium is supporting our client’s growth and is seeking a Program Financial Analyst. The role involves defining and developing detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating project status updates, and reporting to management and customers. You’ll work across multiple projects and programs within the Program Management Office, interfacing with Program Managers, functional management, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to provide financial support and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop budget baselines.

• Conduct cost risk analysis and assessment.

• Prepare cost reports and review performance measurement variance analysis.

• Develop and analyze estimates to complete.

• Support financial forecasting and reporting.

• Perform cost assessments to identify and mitigate program risks.

• Collaborate with Program Management, Group Leaders, and Functional Managers to track progress and identify resource constraints.

• Communicate schedule-related matters with customers and subcontractor peers.

• Assist proposal teams in creating project roadmaps, identifying work, deadlines, and critical resources.

• Coordinate information into cohesive schedules, developing and testing schedule logic.

• Maintain Integrated Master Schedule during project execution and advise the program team on risks, opportunities, and trends affecting cost/schedule performance.


Qualifications:

• Skills: Proficiency in Deltek COBRA, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Education: Associate of Science in Business, Financial Management, or a Technical Field (Entry); Bachelor of Science in Business, Financial Management, or a Technical Field (Mid-Senior).

• US citizenship, ability to pass a background check, obtain a DoD security clearance, and travel to installation sites. Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
