As a "Cradle to Grave" manufacturer, the mission is to provide high-quality solutions that meet the most demanding standards.

Your day to day:

• Forge strong connections with suppliers, initiating orders, overseeing inventory, and ensuring our Project Managers are always in the loop with up-to-date delivery schedules.
• Take the helm in supervising production schedules, allocating resources wisely to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and guarantee timely project completions.
• Keep a close eye on project timelines, ensuring our high standards of quality are met and all regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Be the POC in tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, and liaising with transportation companies to smooth out any potential hiccups along the way.
• Maintain meticulous records and work closely with our dedicated Project Managers to keep all delivery timelines on track.

Who You Are: ✨

• You bring at least two years of relevant experience to the table, ready to leverage your knowledge for greater success.
• Certifications like CPIM, CPM, or PMP would set you apart, as would familiarity with FARS and DFARS.
• Proficiency in ERP systems is a must, along with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications.
• Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex issues with ease.
• A self-starter, you excel at juggling multiple tasks and thrive on attention to detail.
• You're legally authorized to work in the US, ready to travel as needed
