Position: IT Engineer

As a IT Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the mission. Your responsibilities will include:


  • 🚢 Performing on-site installations, assemblies, and participating in FAT/SAT activities.
  • Creating technical specifications, system design drawings, and supply preparations.
  • Identifying and evaluating technical solutions, preferred models, and vendors for 3rd-party equipment.
  • Providing customer support via email, phone, and on-site visits.
  • Ensuring quality control of completed projects.
  • Adhering to health and safety requirements.
  • Following the Quality Management system.


🎓 To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:


  • Technical apprenticeship, relevant BS degree, or applicable IT/Electronics certification.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, especially in technical communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, IT hardware, and tools.
  • Skills in CAD, Visio, and XML are advantageous.
  • 🚢 Maritime and simulation experience is a plus but not required.


In addition to the requirements, you should have the following skills:


  • Physical ability to handle on-site work and travel (approximately 50%).
  • PC/Network installation and commissioning expertise.
  • Troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.
  • Low-voltage electronics wiring proficiency.
  • You should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a IT Engineer, whether through apprenticeship or professional work.
