Position: Systems Engineer (Hybrid Work Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Create: Collaborate with a dynamic team to plan, design, develop, test, and document sophisticated software and hardware solutions. Your work will drive new product development, exciting new features, customer demonstrations, and program advancements.
• Strategize and Recommend: Analyze and review contractual documents (Specifications, Statements of Work, Technical Manuals, etc.) to propose effective and viable solutions.
• Test and Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough internal testing of software and hardware to guarantee they meet requirements. Lead and oversee Customer acceptance tests to ensure high standards.
• Drive Improvements: Use your technical expertise to innovate and enhance individual and team processes, code development, and overall performance.
• Learn and Lead: Stay at the forefront of your field by continuously learning new concepts. Become recognized as an expert in specific domains and share your knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in developing complex, multidisciplinary systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while operating a computer terminal.
• Frequent communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.
