Our client is a well-established software solution provider supporting the National Cyber range. We are looking for a Lead Cyber Support Specialist who can support NCRC events for an upcoming contract award. Due to the work involved, we can only consider candidates with or who have held a DOD Secret clearance.

The Lead Cyber Support Specialist will provide cyber analysis to the warfighter to increase resiliency to the Naval weapon systems training. The Pen Tester will also support the Range Operations component of the NCR and mission-based cyber risk assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

• MIS/IT Degree or relevant experience and 5+ years within a development environment.
• Perform cyber tabletop and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Prepare the Navy risk analysis reports for vulnerabilities found at training events.
• Lead a team of 3-6, developing attack vectors, conducting wargames, providing analysis, and writing reports to leadership.
• Knowledgeable with Navy ship and submarine systems.
• Knowledgeable with network development, administration, and networking software.
• Self-starter with a desire to solve problems.
• Team leadership, customer support, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Cyber Network Operations and Cyber Defense Operations
• Experience with Naval ships and submarine weapon systems.
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Certified Ethical Hacker certification
• Penetration testing of control systems
