This role is perfect for someone who thrives in guiding a team of Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to achieve excellence in training programs.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge: Direct our client's ISD process across various platforms including eLearning, ILT, blended learning, and performance support tools.
• Strategic Oversight: Conduct thorough training needs assessments, develop aligned learning strategies, and apply best practices and adult learning principles.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers, ensuring high standards of project execution and design principles.
• Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to curate accurate and effective content.
• Creative Development: Craft top-tier learning materials like storyboards, scripts, multimedia elements, and assessments.
• Innovative Solutions: Continuously identify and integrate cutting-edge learning solutions to enhance educational impact.
• Project Mastery: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, possibly managing subcontractors.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Deep understanding of defense education and training programs.
• Minimum 5 years in instructional design, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in various learning modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended).
• Strong grasp of instructional design models like ADDIE.
• Stellar project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in LMS and authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
