Our client is a well-established software solution provider supporting the National Cyber range. We are looking for a Pen Tester - DoD Cyber (Jr) who can support NCRC events for an upcoming contract award. Due to the work involved, we can only consider candidates with or who have held a DOD Secret clearance.

The Pen Tester - DoD Cyber will perform penetration tests with a networking scripting background coordinating with multiple cybersecurity teams to support the software and hardware procurement to execute test cases. The Pen Tester will also support the Range Operations component of the NCR and mission-based cyber risk assesments.

Basic Qualifications:

• MIS/IT Degree or relevant experience and 5+ years within a development environment.
• Understanding penetration testing within a DoD system.
• Candidates will need to have one of the following experiences to be considered:
• Testing of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Malware and Exploit development within a DoD environment.
• Reverse Engineering
• Web-based testing
• Hacking hardware
• Digital Forensics
• Experience with scripting within commercial or DoD systems.
• Self-starter with a desire to solve problems.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in cyber risk assessments
• Experience with Naval ships and submarines
• OSCE, OSCP GXPN certification
• Radio software
• Penetration testing of control systems
