Warehouse Operations Manager

Base $90,000-$100,000

Relocation Assistance Available:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hands-on management
• Schedule, motivate and lead a team of warehouse personnel + leadership team
• Oversee all inbound/outbound parcel
• Manage all warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements
• Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed
• Proven leadership experience: mentor, train, develop, succession planning

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with warehousing
• Experience in a fast-paced environment 
• 24/7 experience is required
• 7+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift warehouse/distribution center
• Experience hiring, training, and developing teams
• Proven ability to be personable and engaging with reporting warehouse staff
• Excellent problem-solving skills
