POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide hands-on management and P & L responsibility for a 24/7 warehouse
- Schedule, motivate and lead a team of warehouse personnel
- Oversee all inbound/outbound parcel
- Manage all warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements
- Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed
- Proven leadership experience: mentor, train, develop, succession planning
- 5-10 years experience with warehouse, grocery distribution
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- 24/7 experience is required
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift warehouse/distribution center
- Experience hiring, training, and developing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
