Warehouse Operations Manager - Food Distribution 

Base $90,000 - $100,000

Hours: 10:00am - 8:30pm

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hands-on management for a 24/7 warehouse
• Schedule, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse personnel + leadership team
• Oversee all inbound/outbound parcel
• Manage all warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements
• Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed
• Proven leadership experience: mentor, train, develop, succession planning

• 5+ years of experience with warehouse, food distribution
• Prefer experience with dry refrigeration, and frozen
• Experience in a fast-paced environment 
• 24/7 experience is required
• 7+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift warehouse/distribution center – 250k sq. ft. or larger
• Experience hiring, training, and developing teams
• Proven ability to be personable and engaging with reporting warehouse staff
• Excellent problem-solving skills
