Base $165-$185k Plus Bonus

SUMMARY:

This is an "on the floor" hands-on, team engagement role for someone with a proven work history in building camaraderie and culture. Provide hands-on leadership and full P&L responsibility for a 24/7 warehouse distribution center:

• Schedule, motivate and lead a team of warehouse personnel + leadership team
• Oversee all inbound/outbound parcel
• Manage all warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements
• Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed
• Proven leadership experience: mentor, train, develop, succession planning

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:10+ years of experience with warehouse, food distribution

• Prefer turnaround experience in a fast-paced, complex warehouse/ DC environment
• 24/7 experience is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift warehouse/distribution center – 250k sq. ft. or larger
• Experience hiring, training, and developing teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
