Manager, Quality Assurance

Summary:

We are seeking a professional who is looking to grow with a multi-billion dollar corporation. Advancements opportunities are plentiful and ripe for the successful candidate. We are looking for someone with an energetic go-getter disposition. Someone who is excited about quality and is willing to learn and be trained by experts in the industry. You will be responsible for documentation of processes, accident prevention, leadership and training of all staff.

• May manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness based on location
• Work closely with site leadership to prevent and resolve quality and safety issues within the facility and with customers
• Maintain and file paperwork including safety logs, employee safety training, accident reports, and other
• relevant documentation
• Lead accident investigations and follow-up with all parties involved
• Prepare for Safety Inspection Systems (SIS) and other required customer and safety audits
