POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide hands-on management and full P & L responsibility for a 24/7, 1.5 million sq. ft. warehouse
- Schedule, motivate and lead a team of 450+ warehouse personnel + leadership team of 2 direct and 50 indirect reports
- Oversee all inbound / outbound parcel
- Manage all warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements
- Execute company policies and implement standardized processes as directed
- Proven leadership experience: mentor, train, develop, succession planning
- 5-10 years experience with warehouse, grocery distribution
- Experience in a fast-pace environment
- 24/7 experience is required
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift warehouse/distribution center – 500,000 sq. ft. or larger
- Experience hiring, training and developing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
