Director of Warehouse Operations

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hands-on management and full P&L responsibility for multiple 24/7 warehouses
• Motivate and lead several GM's over their corresponding warehouse/DC's
• Oversee all inbound/outbound parcel operations
• Oversee all GM's warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements
• Provide big picture and strategic view for operations
• Execute company policies and implement standardized processes
• Proven leadership experience: mentor, train, develop, succession planning

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience with warehouse, food distribution highly preferred
• Prefer experience with refrigeration, and frozen
• Experience in a fast-paced environment 
• 24/7 experience is required
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift/ multi site warehouse/distribution center – 250k sq. ft. or larger
• Experience hiring, training, and developing teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills
